The July meeting of the Lough Carra Catchment Association will be held on Tuesday 16 June 2019 at 8pm in the Partry Community Centre. There will be a short presentation by GSI (Geological Survey Ireland). All are welcome to attend and participate. Minutes of meetings can be found on the Catchment Association page of this website.

We were very sad to learn that in week of 15 July a dog died after swimming in Lough Carra at Moorehall. The owner informed us that the dog collapsed in the car on the way home. The vet diagnosed that the dog died from poisoning by blue-green algae.
